Food quality was just not good. The burgers were dry and the salad just did not have any flavor. Waitress attitude was mediocre and never came back to check on the table.

Not very happy with the food. It tasted like microwave chicken from the grocery store . The service was ok and waitress was really nice.

Hard Rock should not be your choice if Nachos and Fajitas are your desire. The Nachos were okay, but the chicken was dry. The Fajitas were of poor quality. The “Steak” portion I believe was a hunk of tasteless pot roast. The Chicken portion again was dry. Neither seemed to have seen the benefit of any spicing as both lacked any flavor. The best thing on the plate and the only thing with any flavor were the peppers. Pretty disappointing as the photos on the menu were very appealing, but also a misrepresentation of reality.

This Hard Rock Cafe was amazing !!! All the staff was so friendly, Professional and accommodating !!! Our server, Emily was the best ever and our food was delicious-The grilled Salmon and the Chicken fajita meals were incredible!! We will be back Biloxi and we will be requesting Emily once again as our server!!

I requested a surprise birthday celebration for my daughter in advance. When someone called from the restaurant confirming our reservation, they mentioned what they do for their birthday guests along with a free dessert, verifying that we still wanted to go ahead with the plans, and plans were confirmed. The little celebration did not happen, needless to say we did not get dessert either. A bit disappointed.
