   Sadly, the service was a miss for us. Portions of our order were forgotten (though rectified once mentioned), drink refills were a distant dream (except for waters which handled by someone else), and as first-timers, we would have loved a bit more assistance in navigating the menu - especially as someone with dietary restrictions. For example, when I asked for a coffee with almond milk, I was hit with a flat, “No ma’am. You can have regular milk. I can’t do alternative milks.” I found this to be incredibly odd at the price point and as a restaurant attached to a luxury hotel no less. It set an awkward tone for our meal and left me hesitant to ask any other questions. Sadly, this won’t make my list of places to revisit. The saving grace is that the food itself was good, but the experience overall missed the mark and unfortunately made me reconsider the hotel itself as an option for further stays! There are too many other fantastic spots nearby serving great food and warm service…. Not to mention great coffee shops with alternative milks. :)

   Super slow service this morning for breakfast. Potatoes were cold, eggs were room temperature. Floor was so sticky under our chairs. All the staff seemed drab, not welcoming at all, and irritated to be working. Disappointing.

   Unsatisfactory experience. Service very slow and felt like we were forgotten at our table. No one should be seated and wait for 20 minutes before anyone comes by other than water. Placed drink order which was not delivered to enjoy rather it was served at the time dinner is set in front of you and hour later. An entree at our table had hair protruding from a piece of the entree. This was to be a celebration for our friends birthday and it deflated the celebration mood. Food was just okay.

   First time there when on vacation in Rosemary. Sitting outside in the main drag could be distracting for some.

   We visited as a celebratory brunch for my daughter’s bachelorette trip. While we were staying about 30 minutes away, the reviews were incredibly and yes, I wanted a memorable experience. I have limited exposure with the Florida coastline and thought Rosemary Beach “sounded pretty”. I was not prepared for the beauty. Havana has an Ernest Hemingway aurora at The Pearl Hotel. The roads are cobblestone with various stores /boutiques around the square. We sat on the veranda - closest to the garden and beach entrance. We each ordered a cocktail made to perfection (the Roseberry is AMAZING). Each ordered a different plate with mine being the Mixed Berry Salad with grilled shrimp. The dressing on the salad was LIGHT and sweet with a tart after bite. It was one of the best meals and I am thankful for the memories!

   Experience was good. Will go back, but the server kept telling us everything was the best, that he had heard that from many people, and we were going to be blown away. So I think we were really underwhelmed with what was adequate.
