    Gumbo was lacking some flavor usually very good… salads were so so. Asked for lemons three times before I got them. Service was slow. Not up to par.

    We were having an appreciation dinner for a friend and Hefner Grill was a great choice. Although we were just three, they put us in one of the booths on the level by the water and we saw a beautiful sunset. Food was excellent and prices extremely reasonable.

    The pasta dish was fabulous, as were the seasonal veggies. The mahi was slightly undercooked and a little too pink for my liking. But the service and drinks were fabulous!
