   Service, food and restaurant were wonderful. My wife and I were celebrating our 51st wedding anniversary and couldn’t have picked a better place to have it.

   We went to prime for their valentines pre fixed menu. It was four courses and each one better than the one before. The added bonus was the executive chef served our table the first two courses and explained the dish. An amazing visit as always

   This was our 3rd year for enjoying HHPrimeOmni Valentine Dinner, the Best ever! Definitely a 5 Star Experience. All of the Staff was very personable & efficient. The Cuisine was “out of this world “. Please consider Dining there , I assure you that you’ll love it.

   I have never written a review for any restaurant. In this instance, however, my incredibly expensive ribeye could have been munching on the grass it was raised on. I ordered medium-rare, and there was nothing medium about this rare. The lemon pistachio cake was probably the worst cake I’ve ever had to top it off. My fiancé’s food was good, which I’m glad because it was our engagement night, but I still wouldn’t recommend the experience, due to the outcome, to anyone. The resort also was not aware that the steakhouse was even going to be open, as their pamphlet stated they would be closed on the day of my reservation. Overall, it was a poor experience compared to many places on the island that wouldn’t cost an arm and a leg.

   We selected this restaurant because we were looking for a special experience for New Years Eve- we knew it was expensive but felt it would be worth it. It was not- The food was good but the atmosphere was loud and the lights were too bright- no ambiance- nothing to make it special except for expensive food. There was supposed to be music since it was New Year’s but we found that was in the sports bar area not in the restaurants. It was disappointing.

   Our server Sylvia was attentive and friendly. Loved the food choices and presentation. Would have loved to be seated at a larger table which could have been done as they several open at the time we dined. Host upon arrival at table wasn’t exactly warm and friendly. But maybe he had a long day ?

   We made a reservation for New Year’s Eve on open table for 6 people. There was no mention of a fixed menu and it even listed samples from the menu when we booked this. We called directly to the restaurant to add 2 people to our reservation. No mention at all from them that there would be a fixed menu. We arrive and are presented with a limited fixed menu with an insane price of $128 per person. I had added information to our reservation that I was gluten free. When I asked our server to replace bread on an appetizer with some vegetables, I was told the chef said no changes were permitted. After complaining I was given some stale gluten free bread. The food was average at best. This was a huge fail by HH Prime not to have information provided of a fixed menu when making reservations for New Year’s Eve.

    Service and food were both terrible. Waitress seemed lost, front of house did nothing to help. I would not recommend to anyone.
