   When we got there we had to wait a little while for a host to come a check us in. We had a reservation but I don’t think it was necessary for a thursday night. Definitely get the cheese curds they were outstanding and we got 2 batches. We got the Mac N Cheese which was good, Chicken Tagliatelle which was also good, and the Pot Pie which was very good. Overall great spot would definitely come back!

   The food was great plus the service too. McKenna was our server and she was great, very engaging and also helpful regarding menu suggestions. We will be back!!!

   Excellent service. Enjoy patio seating. A variety of menu selections available. Food was well prepared, only wish it had been served hot.

   I have been here a few times but this was unfortunately the worst. It was a busy night and We had a party of 8, reservation was great and early on it was fantastic. We got in, got drinks and appetizers but it seemed that our server probably got caught up and just missed getting back to us for almost 30 minutes. I had to go to go get a different server to get our meal ordered. Unfortunately, we were running out of time and it was taking a long time for our food to get out. After waiting another 20 minutes, we went to cancel our meal and leave. The manager was generous and offered to get our meals into Togo boxes and gave a 50% off for each of our party. For that I am grateful. We left a generous tip still and left immediately after. I would still come back but this experience was not a great one.

   For the first time since we’ve been going there before theater, we were totally disappointed. The service was fine, but the food was mediocre and certainly overpriced. It was a big disappointment. There are five of us that have season tickets to Arizona theater and it’s always been great to walk down to the hub for a bite to eat beforehand. I do not think we will be doing that anymore.

   Fish & Chips were great. Pasta also. I had booked outdoors & hostess seemed very reluctant to tell us about the great back patio. We didn’t need to sit on busy Congress!! Then there was our waiter. Weird best describes our experience with him. We needed to look at menu. First timers. Very impatient. Took our main course menu & disappeared. Never saw him again until we went in & asked for a check. I will go back but would get manager before waiting & waiting for check.

   The Bar Upstairs is Thumping and the base vibrates through out the restaurant. Service was attentive and plentiful. Food was good & drinks were tasty.

    A convenient location, easily accessible to lots of downtown Tucson activities. We didn’t have an appetizer, instead going straight to the main course. My wife had the sausage gnocchi and I had the fish and chips - accompanied by fried shrimp at Ed’s (our service) recommendation. We enjoyed bourbon almond brittle ice cream with iced coffee for dessert. The service was outstanding (thanks, Ed) and the food was good. For downtown sports, concerts, shopping, etc it’s a convenient spot and easy parking nearby.
