              You can’t go wrong, everything was excellent. It is a limited menu but we loved all our choices ceviche, macadamia crusted mahi and the hula pie. Highly recommend

              For a beachfront restaurant, this place is fairly typical. The food was okay, and the pricing is about what you’d expect in a heavily touristed area. That said, restaurants like this need to stand out through exceptional service and food quality. Our server was great—friendly and attentive—but the greeting staff felt a bit perfunctory and dismissive. We had a reservation, and while the website notes that outdoor seating requests will be accommodated when possible, the host team didn’t acknowledge our request and made no effort to check availability. It seemed backwards that reserved tables weren’t given priority for outdoor seating while walk-ins were being seated outside. The greeting staff sets the first impression of the restaurant, and in our case, it unfortunately didn’t start things off on the right foot.

              Very noisy!! Potstickers were good but main dish of chicken and potatoes was not good. Lacked flavour and sweet potatoes were odd. Server was fabulous. Too expensive for what we got.

              We just had a wonderful experience at Hula Grill! The food, service, and music were top notch. Our waitress, Jessica W, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and more. Thank you, Jessica!

              Always a fav of ours when we come to Maui. Food is consistently wonderful, and the open environment is as hoped for in the islands. Melissa took great care of us, particularly the GF needs for my wife. Our only frustration was with the live music in the sand bar. Usually a treat of Hawaiian tradition and ‘cover’ music… last night sounded like an attempt (poorly done) at creating a dance party. Not against that, but not the right time or place imho. Still looking forward to our next visit - and hoping for more of the great aloha environment we’ve loved for years.

              The waitress (Anestasia I think) ,was great. She Was attentive and checked on us often. The food and drinks were great too. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone who wants good food snd drinks.
