Went just before closing in a Sunday night. I had pork chop and wife had salmon. Nice preparation. Not a lot of "traditional" Greek-American dishes. Connected to a Holiday Inn, I believe. Quiet because of when we were there but heard it gets busy

We’ve always loved this restaurant but after tonight we never go back…. The food was amazing as always, but the service was absolutely terrible and unforgivable…. We were literally just served our dinner (we sitting at the bar) and large party came in and wanted to have drinks before going to their table…. The bartender had the audacity to ask us to move for them, despite being we were eating and had been there for over an hour,… I said absolutely not and her was “Wow”…. We’re eating… they’re waiting for a table…. There’s nothing to say “wow” about… common sense 🤦🏼‍♀️ We asked for a Manager on the way out and were completely dismissed…. Given a dessert and told I should “ put a candle in it to make me feel better “ This is no way to handle customers….. So to whoever is in charge of Ithacki….. you might want to take a look at your staff ….. cause giving us a chocolate mouse cake wasn’t the fix

I rarely write bad reviews, but it was my big disappointment from visiting this restaurant Terrible service. The waiting time for food 50 minutes , for drinks 20 minutes. The waiter was unfriendly and rude. He didn't catch what we ordered at all. He served wrong dishes and even forgot to bring main dish to one of our guest. They ruined my daughter's b-day celebration. I will never go there again.

Not only ii=s the food delicious but the ambiance e of the restaurant is warmed welcoming. Salmon chickeni souvlaki, lamb keobs, roast chicken, eggplant...everything is done to perfection,

Truly lovely dining experience from drinks at the bar to top table service from Christos. We shared the spanikopita appetizer… delicious! Bartender makes a perfect dirty martini. Our entrees (clams w linguini and lamb over rice) were spectacular. I love the ambiance of the dining room - especially the large mural painting of an octopus. This place is a GEM for authentic Greek food!
