   Great food as always! Better than the other locations. Reason for low rating was service. Sat for more than 15 mins without a refill on drinks when we had ordered them and one of our items that we ordered was not taken down properly so one guest in our party had to wait to eat.

   I have to admit, Jack Astor's Newmarket has drastically improved! I had a very very bad experience when we had a dinner there about 7-8 years ago so we didn't want to come back. But we still decided to give it another chance. And we were not disappointed! The food was just great, every single bite was delicious! The service was very goid too. The waitress Meghan was so nice and professional. The young ladies at the reception were also nice and easy going. So I think this restaurant might become our go-to place to dine.

   The waiter (Chris) started out fantastic. Then he forgot our drinks and disappeared for awhile and our dirty appetizer dishes remained on our table throughout dinner. I also notified via “OpenTable” that it was a 51st Anniversary and nothing was done or mentioned. Overall disappointing and I don’t think I will be returning.
