   Our server was attentive and friendly. For the most part, the food was delicious especially the calamari! I ordered the New York Strip which was cooked to my liking (medium) although I found some bites a little tough. Nevertheless, it was delicious. My husband ordered the twin lobster tails and he was disappointed because one of the tails was overcooked and somewhat chewy, our side dishes were enormous; both the asparagus and the mashed potatoes and very delicious. All in all my Mother’s Day dinner at the Jack Binion’s Steakhouse was amazing. Great service, Great staff and Great Food!!

   What a great experience. Michelle the hostess greeted us with a smile and immediately had us seated. Abraham poured us waters and served us bread quickly and took our orders. Tonight being a non venue show night. Food was out fairly quick. ( show nights they are busy and food does take longer) the manager Dawn stopped and checked on our meals. Which were delicious! Just a FYI, they occasionally have lobster mac n cheese. When they have it order it! Its most likely the best you will ever eat! Patrick the chef has the magic recipe! Jose thank you for stopping by the table to say hi. The service team at Jack Binions is absolutely hands down the best! Its just not food, its an experience with a view! Sit back relax and enjoy the full experience.

   The food is great! The views are great. Being in the casino we did not what to expect, and it exceeded our expectations.

   Way overpriced. Steak was very chewy, disappointed. I could have gotten a better steak at a chain restaurant for half the price. Lobster was good but overpriced

   The menu needs a complete overhaul. I've never been to a steakhouse that didn’t offer crab cakes or mac & cheese—both are staples. It was also disappointing that there were no substitution options available for any of the salads. While the kitchen was clearly backed up and our food took a while to arrive, I will say my steak was cooked perfectly. I would also advise to limit servicing hours when their is an event. Everybody was trying to sit at the bar untill the show started, and they had been there for a while.

    Michelle greeted us at the door with a smile, promptly sat us at a table with a great view of the lake. Our server Fiana greeted us , with fresh bread, filled our glasses with water and with lighting speed took our order . Food came out exactly like we ordered. Patrick the head chef did a fantastic job preparing our entrees.The manager Dawn stopped and made sure everything was to our liking. Leaving the bartender even thanked us for stopping. The staff here cares and it really shows. Thank you Jack Binions steakhouse!, you have a great team and we appreciate you very much!
