    What a treat! We’ve been coming to Jacob’s for years, and the steak is incredible! The timing of service is good too, not rushed. So many high end restaurants rush you out despite the price you’re paying. Here, we really enjoy the full experience. The staff, from the front desk , to your server, and whomever you’re passing along the way is kind, courteous and professional. One of the best steakhouses in Toronto for sure!

The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right. However, the ambiance didn’t quite match the high quality of the food and service—it felt a bit underwhelming. A little more warmth or character in the atmosphere would elevate the experience even further. That said, I’d still highly recommend it for the food and hospitality alone!

    The Caesar’s salad was okay but nothing special. The steaks were good and seared well but a little overcooked. The ribeye was better than the wagyu taste wise. I would go back for special occasions.

    The complimentary bread and butter was good. Ordered the table side Jacob’s Caesar which was perfect for 2. We ordered the Canada prime tenderloin and the bone in striploin. Both tasted great but I did really love my partners striploin! The steaks were cooked exactly how we requested. Our male server was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Our table was well looked after by all the staff. Came here to celebrate my partners birthday and they made it special for us. The food and staff were great!
