    The complimentary bread and butter was good. Ordered the table side Jacob’s Caesar which was perfect for 2. We ordered the Canada prime tenderloin and the bone in striploin. Both tasted great but I did really love my partners striploin! The steaks were cooked exactly how we requested. Our male server was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Our table was well looked after by all the staff. Came here to celebrate my partners birthday and they made it special for us. The food and staff were great!

    Our server (Chris) and the rest of the staff were wonderful! Always a great experience visiting Jacob’s! Definitely recommended if you’re going for a celebration or just a date night!

    Food was alright, a little bit on the oily side. But the service is unpleasant to say the least. Everyone won’t even reply to your “thank you”. People welcoming you won’t reply to your small talk as well. I felt like it is just a few robot walking around you just to add water for you. Perhaps because we did not dress up like we can afford this restaurant? Will not recommend and will not visit for the next time.

The staff went above and beyond to make the evening special, ensuring every detail was perfect. The food was excellent, with high-quality cuts of steak cooked to perfection, along with delicious sides. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, making it the perfect setting for a special celebration. Thank you to the team at Jacob’s for an unforgettable evening. We will definitely be back!
