Restaurants in Alsace traditionally have a formal main dining room as well as a casual dining room known locally as a weinstube or brasserie. At the brasserie, diners may enjoy traditional, hearty Alsatian dishes in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. These friendly establishments are immensely popular with Alsatians and visiting them is always the best part of my trips back to Alsace. I opened Jacques' Brasserie at L'Auberge Chez François to bring the tastes and comforts of the Alsatian brasserie to Great Falls.

    There is no better restaurant in this town. Food and service are beyond great! If you haven’t been there, you’re missing out on a great dining experience. Danny, the Maitre d’, will take real good care of you.

    Celebrated birthdays and it was all so perfect. Staff could not be more delightful. Out of town friends were very impressed!

    I have been here several times, and it's an excellent place for a casual, high-quality dinner. Patrons of L'Auberge will recognize several dishes here, including the very French mesclun green salad and the extraordinary souffles, but there are also more casual dishes, such as the burger, which would be at home in a French bistro. On this particular occasion, we had the bouillabaisse (a repeat and excellent), the beef bourguignon (very comforting on a crisp fall evening), and the souffles. Service was superb--solicitous but not intrusive. We will be back!

    As always the food, service, and ambiance were top notch. A few new additions to the drink and food menu made for a lovely change. The Lobster Martini with Vodka Cream and Caviar tempted me to stray from my usual app and it was amazing!!!! You have to try it on your next visit!
