   Loved our filets, especially with the generous amount of mushrooms in our added side, and the best Caesar salad. Cecilia was a very attentive waitress, and explained things nicely.

   The prime rib was a little cold and not tender. The bread was hard and dry. Service was good, but I won’t be ordering prime rib again, if I return.

   Thank you for the great evening! The food, drinks and service were wonderful. We appreciated their detailed efforts to make sure the beers we were ordering were correct, since the men in our group were changing up the type they were having. I personally, really appreciated that they filled water glasses with ice from the beginning. Fell like this is s service that has gone away.

   Food is excellent and less expensive than steakhouse chains. The breadth of the menu a surprise. Best was service. Subtle and not pushy.

   Granted the rising cost of everything impacts all ergo, Jaks dropping an included salad for dinner and the side of vegatablies - I miss that. The prior is understood yet, the price increase is a bit of a wallet shocker. What stood out to me was there new 'points' system. Apparently we signed up for a while back and have earned some points yet, we ate there last week and the service person never mentioned it which was disappointing. Our service person made a note of it tonight and hopefully it will make it's way up the chain so that we can obtian the 'points' we earned back on 3/17. If not, that we own that fault and will recover by simply passing on a meal at Jaks several times to 'recuperare' the overall wallet impact.

   We celebrate special occasions at JaK's and our service is always excellent. That said, our service last night was outstanding. We had time to enjoy our cocktail prior to the meal, our wine showed up with the meal, and our desert topped off the evening. The meal was cooked to perfection. Our server made us feel like we were part of the family. Her timing was perfect, and we never felt rushed.

    One of our favorite restaurants! Steaks cooked perfectly. Server was great. We love the cozy feel. it’s definitely noisy but we don’t mind that. Everyone seems to be enjoying themselves. The bar is also great to sit and relax. You can have a full dinner in the bar too.
