   Asked to sit on the lanai area to see the sunset and part of the luau. This was accommodated without issue. Had the watermelon salad (delightfully fresh, crunchy, and sweet with the salty feta) and the tuna in coconut curry (also delicious with a slight spicy kick; the mushrooms were chewy but the cassava was potato-like in texture, not mealy). Overall, a pleasant experience for a resort restaurant.

   Choice of Small plates were excellent. Portion was just right and each plate was so flavorful and compliment each other. We had a couple of drinks each, 4 small plates and 1 dessert to share for 2 people. We were not stuffed but just right. We requested a lanai table for enjoying the beautiful sunset and celebrating our 16th anniversary. There was a live Hawaiian music downstairs’ bar and it was such a pleasant evening. Service was excellent as usual and we highly recommend Ka’ana Kitchen for anybody who wants to spend nice evening with great eats.

   We used to come here for years for the chicken and waffles. Wish you would bring them back. Our service from our waiter was outstanding.

   Our dinner was artfully prepared and delicious. The service was prompt and thorough. Our server David was a gem. He made sure our evening was special. I will definitely eat here again the next time I am in Maui.

   Wonderful dining experience. Promptly greeted and seated. Attentive service staff looked after our every need. Found our server to be very knowledgeable on wine and food offerings. We recommend!

   What a great experience we had at Kaana Kitchen celebrating our anniversary. The staff, the ambience, the food, drinks was all top notch. Our server, Mike was A+++ with his service and made us feel at home. His knowledge of the menu, his personality was second to none. We’ll definitely be back.

   Staying at the Andaz so wanted to try its restaurants. Really impressed with the cuisine at Ka'ana! Care to preparation, delicious flavours, fresh ingredients, unique combinations - grilled octopus & chevre, housemade fettuccine with black bean sauce. Delicious! Outdoor table so can't complain about that view! Mellow guitar floating from outdoor lounge below was excellent. A fancy, romantic dinner!

   We have dined here every trip to the Andaz. This time we were 4, and we found it wasn’t as good as it used to be. The wine corkage was ridiculous at $75 per bottle. We had dined at Morimoto and Lineage and paid $35 at both, but $75 is ridiculous. Our service was adequate but if compared to our previous night at Morimoto it paled by comparison. Next visit in September we will strongly consider alternatives. Breakfast at Ka’Ana Kitchen is still excellent. The crowd was very light all the knights we stayed at the Andaz. Improvements are needed. Also the only local fish were Ahi and Mahi Mahi. Two or us are vegan and the offerings for those two were limited. Other fine dining restaurants had better options for vegans, including Morimoto. We used to love the chefs tasting with wine pairing but based in this dinner experience we are not even tempted to book that experience. Our favorite hotel, please improve Ka’Ana dinner. $75 dollars corkage???? Outrageous.
