                                                                                                                                                   My husband, and I have eaten at this restaurant many times, but this time we were seated on the side away from the bar, which was a much better experience because it’s somewhat quieter. Our server did an excellent job and was very attentive and I thought the food was better this time than it has been in the past. Having said that our dinner cost around $300 plus tip which, these days, is probably par for the course. The house fried rice was nothing to write home about and was $28 so I will not be ordering that in the future.

We came to eat before a Kings game so it was busy and very loud. Our server could have been more attentive but we were in and out any way.

                                                                                                                                                  Food was great but the service was definitely below what I would consider acceptable for the price point. Waiter was not very attentive, and the bathrooms were pretty destroyed with no towels to even dry your hands by the end of our meal.

The crab hand rolls were fantastic, with very solid fried rice. Food came quickly and the service was very helpful. Great meal before the Laker game.

                                                                                                                                                  Service was not very good and there were three things on the menu that they ran out of, and the food that was brought very great quality. I go to Katsuya a lot, and this was the first time it was really bad!

                                                                                                                                                  This place has gone down in service and quality of food We ordered yellow tall, carpaccio with jalapeño came out very, very dry,  also seared albacore with fried onions same thing very dry the Crunchyroll the corn was so old and dry. The vodka selection was only Titto's or House brand. God knows what that was anything we asked for from the bar either they were out of it or had only one shot left, and it was a big group of us 10 people overall very poor service and food was also very poor quality .

                                                                                                                                                  Ate before Lakers game…Not as good as Katsuya in Hollywood! Limited menu (not sure if that is game day related) not as good as Hollywood menu. All they are trying to do is turnout as much food as possible before the game starts. Won’t be going to this ovation ever again. Quality not as good and there is a tension about getting in and out before the game starts.
