   Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and also very knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious. All three of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I would highly recommend Kona Grill to all my family and friends.

   The food was tasty. Nice and hot. The floors were so dirty and the walls/pillars need cleaning and repair. The customer service was great.

   Nothing went well. Food was wrong, appetizer came out cold. Took the manager 30 mins to come talk to us about It. We had to box up any food they remade because we had a scheduled show to attend. The server kept saying she was new. To top it off we had the fire sushi. At first it wouldn’t light then and went and got more fluid to light it . Then she lit it and it wouldn’t go out. By the time we put the flame out it was burnt and I had to spit it out because the sushi tasted like alcohol. It was horrible. Had to wait for that to be remade as welll… it was my husbands birthday it was not a great experience.

   Expensive for the quality of food! Fish & chips $39!!! Chicken dish special $35 with old tasting chicken. Tourist trap restaurant! Don’t go!

   Food was great. Service very slow never asking how things were or offering refills. Had to chase server down to get anything. And they were not busy so no reason for the slow service

   I ordered the wagyu fried rice, Potstickers and the New York strip steak. The Wagyu steak was over cooked but the fried rice was delicious And portions was small not worth 29 dollars.. if you asked me. The New York strip steak was overcooked as well and had to send it back. Overall wouldn’t go there again.

    Service was a little slow and our table was in a busy area which was annoying. Food is expensive but was good.
