   We are not new to La Condesa and the wonderful food and service provided! Manny, who was our waiter was fantastic and provided GREAT recommendations.

   The food was excellent, the service top notch and incredibly kind! We stopped by as a last minute quick bite to finish celebrating my wife’s birthday. The food was incredibly flavorful and filling. The staff were incredibly kind and even signed a birthday card. It was above and beyond, a rare touch of kindness.

   Food was incredible! However, our server seemed frantic the entire meal. At the end of the meal when we were thinking about dessert, he finally said that he would need to get dessert orders in quickly because the kitchen actually closed at 2 pm and it was 2:30 pm. Our reservation was for 1:45 though, so we thought this was odd. This was a birthday lunch, so we were hoping for dessert but obviously didn’t want to inconvenience the kitchen further, so we decided against it but were disappointed by this situation. The food we did have was really delicious, and we appreciated that our server probably didn’t tell us about the kitchen closing as to not stress us out during the majority of the meal, but we could tell that he seemed concerned while we were there which was disappointing again. I would definitely come back to La Condesa, but if I would have known, I wouldn’t have scheduled a time so close to kitchen closing.

   Another perfect experience at La Condesa. From the vibe, to the food, to the staff..it’s always the best of times. The food is to die for, especially the banana brown sugar ice cream which should be sold by the pint! If you come to Austin and DON’T go to La Condesa.. you will have regrets and regrets lead to resentments. Live your best life and go to La Condesa 💪

   Very yummy dinner at La Condessa! The hamachi was outstanding! We had a really wonderful server, Forest, who explained the menu with great detail and guided us.

   Wonderful experience! The flavors were amazing, very different from Texmex. The queso flameado is so good and the masa tortillas divine. Will definitely be back. The service was warm and attentive, and they accommodated for gluten free diet for most dishes.

   Food was delicious but service was a mess. Dropped our food, three different servers not communicating to each other, not sure what was going on but very poor experience for my birthday.

   Our evening was wonderful from the service to the food. You could tell how much the staff cared about each detail and connecting with us too. The menu is beautifully crafted and you really cannot go wrong! I don’t think there was a single thing we ordered that everyone didn’t love! Fantastic!
