Join us in Chicago’s historic gold coast neighborhood and enjoy faithful renditions of beloved regional dishes. Indulge in our specialty handcrafted pastas, made in house, daily in the Sardinian style.

Patio seating is first come, first serve. In order to be seated, we ask that you arrive early and with your complete party. We ask guests to assist us by limiting the table times for parties: 2ppl (1hr 30mins), 3-4ppl (1hr 45mins), 5-6ppl (2hrs).

Went to La Storia for a birthday dinner. Staff was friendly and accommodating, especially our server, Bella. Wonderful ambiance, there is a fireplace in the small cozy bar for a drink before dinner. We were seated on the second floor which has high ceilings, nice lighting and an "old world" feel". Very conversation friendly. Music was playing in the background but unlike most places it was not intrusive. Pasta was excellent and actually cooked al dente. The desserts were a standout, both the chocolate mousse cake and the olive oil cake were really delicious. We lingered over dessert and drinks and were not rushed though it was after their actual closing time. Only 1 issue - the cocktail made with Lillet, lemon juice and prosecco was expensive ($17) just tasted like lemon juice and was premade. However, all in all, a very nice evening!

The orecchiette pasta was amazing. Service was awesome, great wine selection, and the Tiramisu for dessert hit the spot. Great place for a date night.

One of the best dining experiences of my life! It's a must if you're in chicago, the food, atmosphere, and history are all perfect! Host Mike and our waiter Ivo were great, and gave us great meal suggestions. Dont miss this spot!

Food was below standard this time around. Pricey. Service was good however busser keeps clearing the table despite that we did not finish our meal. Overall disappointed.
