Wonderful Thanksgiving buffet with fresh food made from scratch. Staff was wonderful!

Ocean Blue is hands-down the best restaurant in Utica. The lunch menu has very reasonable prices, and the dinner menu, while a bit more expensive, is still excellent value for the quality of the food and the bespoke experience. Our server was knowledgeable, personable, and professional and she attended to everyone's preferences well. Everyone's food was excellently prepared. The desserts are sizable. We shared the flourless chocolate cake (divine) and the very best key lime pie I've ever tasted. If budget is a big concern, at least come for lunch - it's memorable.

Went with a group of 9. Some things were cold (mashed potatoes, appetizer meatballs)… but everything was very tasty. Our waiter seemed a little rushed/busy, but still provided excellent service. We appreciated the small, private room for our larger group.

The food was delicious!! Would highly recommend! The waitress Rachel was fantastic!!

Authentic Italian food you will find America. It was delicious. So so amazing. Would like to come back whenever possible. 🤩
