So here at Calabria Brick-Oven Pizzeria we create something truly special that would allow the world to try authentic pizza. Our pizza dough is made from scratch daily using an old recipe and cold fermented up to 72 hours, giving it time to develop a unique flavor. Our pizzas are 100% handmade to order and baked in our brick wood fire oven at a heat of around 750°F to 850° F degrees. This intense blast of heat locks in all the natural flavors, creating a soft and chewy in the middle and charred crust on the outside.     What a beautiful setting! The food was amazing and our waitress was attentive. However, the music in the restaurant was loud like club music. That’d be fine if it were downstairs at the bar but this elegant room should have had a different effect.

    The food was amazing, highly recommend the broccolini….. just wow… The server was very knowledgeable in all the dishes and made some great recommendations. The food was very fast, I did wish they spaced it out a bit more. As we got to dessert and still had our glass of wine to finish. The atmosphere was also very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend, overall great experience and great food.

    Staff was extremely friendly and provided outstanding service. The food was phenomenal. The garlic parm wings were massive and top 5 wings I’ve ever had. The pizza was so delicious. We did half n half 16” (very large actually). First half was hot pepper and the second was mushroom. Both were delicious but the hot pepper was easily #1 or #2 all time best pizza of all places we’ve eaten.
