We went to Caprice Bistro to celebrate my husband’s birthday and the experience was perfection. Upon entering, he was wished a happy birthday which made him feel so special. We were seated at a table with a beautiful view of the lights outside. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about our meal. We got the trout and the Waterzooi. Both were fantastic! The star of the show was the dessert….the profiteroles were the best I’ve ever had. A memorable night and we definitely will go back.

The swordfish schnitzel was perfectly cooked, while the yellowfin tuna bolognese and fried oysters romaine Caesar impressed with fresh, vibrant flavors. The oysters were exceptional, fresh and briny, making them a highlight of the meal. Though the meal was fantastic, I had hoped for a complimentary dessert to celebrate my wife’s birthday, as I marked it when making the reservation. Overall, Seabird is a top choice for an unforgettable meal.

Excellent experience, just some minor issues such as the waiter not taking the menus once we ordered and not putting our wine in a cooler. Other than this, everything was great.
