- EErikSeattle / Eastern Washington •7 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOne of the best restaurants we've been to in the Pacific Northwest recently. The interior has a really cool, artsy vibe and the service was excellent, providing menu selection tips and recommendations. The focaccia with mortadella, mozzarella, alfredo, and parm could've been a dessert it was so yummy. The ricotta gnocchi was also delightful but their black cod stole the show with serrano ham, mussels, chiogga beets and broth -- who knew that combo of ingredients would taste and look so good!More infoRoePrice: Expensive• American• Bellingham•4.8

My husband and I totally loved their brussel sprouts(the char is perfect and the sauce is sublime) and beef tartare (love the cracker underneath the tartare and the flavouring with the egg yolk is amazing). 10/10 King salmon for one of the entrees is also perfect. The fish texture is wonderful, just cooked right. The sauce is the showstopper basically elevating the dish. 10/10 Mushroom risotto- we loved the taste but the consistency is not what we expected from a risotto. Otherwise, flavour is on point. 8/10 Roasted pork belly- my husband rates it at 7/10. He loved the pork belly itself but didn’t feel the puree properly complemented the meat. I would also rate it at 7/10 but mostly because i thought it would be crispier or at least have crispy edges but i do love the puree and the chicharonnes with it. Lastly my husband and I got the salted caramel pot de creme. Loved it. 10/10. Not too sweet. Loved the texture with the vanilla breton on top. My husband also got the Americano to finish, wonderful and superb as he said it. 10/10. Definitely will come back here and try their other dishes. ❤️More infoNightingalePrice: Expensive• Canadian• Coal Harbour•4.7

Pleasantly surprised by the ease of online reservation, to a carefully crafted menu (with a killer Valentine-themed desert), to the most unexpected - very reasonable pricing for a classy place with a sterling reputation!More infoAnthony's - Cap Sante MarinaPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Anacortes•4.6
