We drive every year from Iowa City to 801 for our anniversary dinner. No better place to celebrate! Best food atmosphere and service!

Too loud and being seated next to the door and being blasted with cold air everytime the door was opened was no fun. Most likely not coming back.

We had a lovely brunch today after a long flight into town. The food was delicious, served very quickly and wonderfully presented. Our server was friendly and engaging. We were even able to sit in a booth to watch Hawkeye football. Highly recommend for people who are looking for healthy, delicious, gluten free options.

It was our first time to Proudfoot and bird. The four of us had a wonderful conversation because the noise level was just perfect. Service was superb and we had the grilled Caesar salad French onion soup two of us had the filets, chicken and biscuits. With the toffee dessert and the apple crisp to share and the house wine Cabernet was excellent. I didn’t even feel like we were in Des Moines, Iowa beautiful decor

First time visiting Mulberry Street Tavern and we will definitely go back. Wonderful and well- timed service. Our server Andre was one of the best and able to thoughtfully answer any questions about the food. Overall a really awesome experience, setting, and food.
