The Café Brio, located in Victoria, has been a local favorite for twenty six years, serving up a rustic, Italian inspired menu. Focusing on regional products, Café Brio led by multi awarded Chef Sam Harris selects the highest quality ingredients from local sources to be used in authentic, creative dishes.At Café Brio, everything is prepared in house.     We went for dinner on Valentine's Day and are so glad we did! Everything was perfect, honestly. I can't remember the last time I gave a 5 star (across the board) review but this restaurant deserves it. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. We will definitely be back! The funny thing is that we went here once about 15 years ago and had a so-so experience and never returned even though so many people have raved about it for so long. I'm so glad we gave it another go, just wish we'd done it sooner.
