Sage is a beautiful restaurant! The food was excellent and the service was outstanding! Our group loved ever moment! I will definitely be returning! Do not skip dessert!!!! The meringue was the best!!

We've enjoyed NickSan in town, you simply can't find sushi with a Mexican fusion like this with all the wonderful flavors in California. If you have, let us know where!! We decided to try the one at Palmilla with some friends. It's about a 30m more drive from where we stay BUT so worth it!!! Everything takes a giant leap at NickSan Palmilla.... the ambiance, the service (Leo!!), the view, the entire vibe is so much more enhanced!!! The wines were excellent and complimented the food perfectly. We did Oma Kase (Chef's Choice) enjoyed 11 different dishes, it wasn't "dinner" it was a spectacular "experience"! This will always be the NikSan for us!

Wonderful experience again. My adult kids make this a regular stop each time they visit.
