- OTOpenTable DinerNashville •1 review4.0Dined 2 days agoWe choose Gathre for the ambiance and good food, and it didn’t disappoint - mostly. The charcuterie tray felt lacking with only four tiny (not much bigger than a crouton) pieces of bread, a few slices of cured meats, and a few pieces of cheese. It also included artichoke hearts which I have never had on a charcuterie tray and while I don’t mind them, wouldn’t want them included on one in the future. We both loved our entrees (fettuccine and the heritage chicken) and our desserts (pots de crem and the lemon tiramisu). It’s a little pretentious to only have bottled water available, but we would still come again.More infoGathrePrice: Expensive• Contemporary Italian• Midtown•3.9

- SStrykerVIPNashville •7 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoMusic City stalwart with a menu of intriguing plates, combinations, seasoning, service and presentation. Midtown also respects, protects and burnishes the legacy of beloved and indefatigable raconteur Randy Rayburn. The staff is cordial, attentive, and responsive and it leaves you with the impression they are one big family. Kristine was fantastic this morning and emblematic of all who seat and serve you. I consider Midtown Cafe to be a convenient and terrific setting for a family occasion, to sit alone and dine at the bar, or to conduct a business meeting. I have done this often. Randy's greeting was always, "Welcome to our home." He meant it. Midtown continues to feel like home and there's a reason Nashville boasts The Randy Rayburn School of Culinary Arts at Nashville State. Special man, special commitment to pleasing his guests, and what impact he had on the community. For me, there's a magnetic pull to return. I do not resist it.More infoMidtown CafePrice: Expensive• Southern• Midtown•4.9
- JJeremyVIPNashville •4 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoOverall enjoyable experience! Waiter was attentive and not overbearing. Food was outstanding and seasoned well, though a bit heavy with all four dishes ordered having a sauce or dip. Maybe a pallet cleanser between courses would help?! Don’t view this as a complaint, but a suggestion to improve. With tickets to a TPAC show, the staff made sure to serve without any rush and have us out the door to our show. Kudos!More infoBlue AsterPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Midtown•4.5

Food is amazing and Mike, our waiter, was absolutely wonderful. If you are looking for REAL ITALIAN food in Nashville, this is your spot. Thanks for making this event so great!More infoValentino's RistorantePrice: Expensive• Italian• Midtown•4.9
