Restaurants near Tusculum Shopping Center

We enjoyed a delicious meal there. Prices are reasonable. Our server brought out all salads and entrees at the same time, which was annoying and disappointing. We apparently were told that it was our job to specify timing, although it was never asked. So make sure to specify. ;) I ate my salad for dessert so my entree didn’t get cold. But it was otherwise a good experience.

Excellent dining on the enclosed patio in February! Heaters made it totally comfortable. QUIET! We could actually converse. Hailey, the hostess, and Mathias, the waiter, were outstanding.

Greeted promptly and seated within minutes. Our waitress was friendly, offered suggestions on selections. Our meal was served in reasonable time. Very, very good. All in all it was a great dining experience.

The Valentines day tasting menu was amazing! The portions were a little on the small side at first glance, but the meal as a whole (four courses) was the perfect size. We both opted for the NY strip entree, but there was also a scallop option. Each course was easily a 4.5-5/5. Common Ground has a small, cozy atmosphere. It was pretty quiet, but we were also there late afternoon, well before the dinner rush started due to an event we were attending later. The setting is casual with a hint of fine dining, but that might also be from the Valentines Day ambiance.

This was my second experience and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the salted caramel martini is AMAZING.
