Restaurants near Hilton Nashville Downtown

The food was great if a little seafood heavy. I didn’t realize beforehand that is was a seafood restaurant. I had the avocado corn pizza and it was so good. My daughter had the chicken sandwich. She enjoyed very much. Service was professional and responsive.

The staff are some of the most amazing people I’ve seen work as a team. I’ve dined many places & worked in a lot of kitchens myself. They are so graceful, well paced, & friendly! The communication between them seems so smooth & the food was plated at our table quickly. The quality of the dishes were spectacular! I got the special of the day(scallops, lobster bisque risotto, & brussel sprouts) & my boyfriend had lasagna. We truly had a wonderful experience! We will be back to dine with you again no doubt! Thank you so much!

Absolutely lovely. The Host went above and beyond, looking at my reservation and matching it with the one I had made back in October of last year for my Wife's BD... she's got an allergy to Mushrooms, but still wanted to try the Beef Wellington, so they made one up for her back then... well.. they did it again this time without prompting, and absolutely nailed it. The service is top notch, the ambiance is lovely... We'll most assuredly be back.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Etch!! The service was top notch, the food was delicious and presented exquisitely! The server knew the food and drink menu so well! They were very accommodating to my wife's gluten free needs. The red wine from Greece was amazing!! We enjoyed the cauliflower appetizer, gluten free bread rolls, Etch salad. And for the main course we had the Port and Filet, with a side of brussels sprouts. The banana flavored ice cream was delicious, being very light on the banana flavor. I hope to return soon.

This was our 25th Anniversary dinner and it was perfect. Expensive but perfect. The waitstaff was attentive and went above and beyond for our celebration. We had the seafood tower, tuna tartare, lamb chops, crab stuffed shrimp and asparagus. Everything was cooked to perfection!! Then a complimentary dessert. We will definitely be back when we are in Nashville!!
