Amazing experience, everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. The food was great, and my drinks were never empty. I was asked by several staff members how everything was going. I'm looking forward to going back again.

Steak was very overcooked. Other items were great.

The red snapper was good but became cold very quickly because the room is cold. Service was excellent. I asked for coffee & baileys but they only had decaffeinated & there was no offer to make regular coffee. My husband ordered a medium rare ribeye but it arrived very rare so he asked to have it cooked longer. It arrived cooked to medium rare but had so much fat & gristle that he sent it back & ordered the red snapper which took so long that I had finished dessert. They said the delay in the fish was because he had sent the ribeye back twice which made no sense. I ordered the eggnog cheesecake which was supposed to have caramel but didn’t but I did not mention it after the delay explanation. Lovely atmosphere & conscientious servers. However, this is out 2nd try here after a terrible 1st experience there. We try to give places a second chance, however, I doubt we will return.

Our meal was excellent. The food was perfectly prepared and our server Amber helped make our 40th anniversary celebration just perfect.

The Varsity Club gave us a great meal in terms of food. The She Crab Soup was good and full of crab. The Schoolhouse Salad was a great salad. We had the pork chop and trout. Both were excellent. The only negative was the service. I’m pretty sure there was only one server for the entire restaurant and the dining room was about 80% full. There were definitely some assistants, but only one woman was taking orders, etc. we waited 27 minutes before our order was taken. Food was great. But there need to be several more servers.
