- SSuzanCalgary / Southern Alberta •12 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe enjoyed our evening. ERICK our waiter was very informative about the GLUTEN FREE items. They made food for us using the gluten-free soy sauce, so it opened the menu for us to eat more than what was on the original menu. Ask they can possibly make adjustments 😊😍More infoGong at Vidanta Riviera MayaPrice: Very Expensive• Asian• Playa del Carmen / Riviera Maya•4.6

- SStephenPhoenix / Arizona •39 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 13, 2024So we had dinner reservations our first night at the resort, the tables are right on the sand. There were storms in the area so the staff had us wait to be seated as they were not sure if it would rain. After 10 minutes they gave us the go ahead to sit at our table. The food was excellent, we ordered the grilled clams for out appetizer, trying to remember our main dishes, I will come back to that, now I remember, I had the lobster fettuccini and my wife had the paella. Both delicious. So we are eating and the rain starts, the staff was excellent in getting everyone up to the Vegan Bar and out of the rain. They brought our food and managed to keep it warm. It rained for a while so we stayed on the Vegan bar patio and listened and watched the storm. Overall it was a great evening and I would highly recommend Sotavento.More infoSotaventoPrice: Very Expensive• Mediterranean• Playa del Carmen / Riviera Maya•4.4
