Rí Rá is located in an historic bank building, designed by Boston based Harper & West, that was completed in 1931. The pub opened for the first time in March 1999, and was extended in 2002 with the addition of the Library area. In February 2012, The Whiskey Room opened its doors. As you enter Rí Rá, you can imagine yourself walking through a door that leads you across the pond to experience the best pubs of Ireland. The Inn is a quintessential Vermont experience with a delicious eclectic menu. Definitely worth the drive to beautiful Montgomery, VT or a wonderful place for the family if you are on a ski vacation.

Nice Vermont Ski Lodge ambience. Food and drinks were excellent, the duck and the mushroom pasta dishes were fabulous. Server was friendly and courteous, not too fast because they were busy for the holiday weekend but we weren’t in a hurry!

We had a lovely dinner at the Harvest Tavern, not realizing when we made the reservation that the restaurant is inside the Mountain View Grand Resort, a lovely setting. We had excellent mains - lamb shank and salmon- and tasty sides. The setting was less like a tavern than a casual restaurant, with families dining beside us, but the service was very good and the waiter friendly. We would gladly dine there again.
