- DDouglasNew York City •13 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoMy husband and I celebrated our birthdays at Th Foundry last night. This was our first time and will not be our last. We were greeted at the door with enthusiasm and shown to a lovely table. Our server, Colby, was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant. The food was delicious and we highly recommend the poached Cod and the squash medley side dish. Good beers on tap as well. And we were happy that parking was plentiful and accessible. The decor was unique and a nice nod to the former businesses in the area. A nice slice of Manchester history!More infoThe FoundryPrice: Expensive• Contemporary French / American• Manchester•4.6
