I started as a cashier, learned the kitchen, did everything required to run the restaurant and eventually became the general manager. We intend to strive to do all of these things at The Foxy Fish.     The service was impeccable, the whole staff was attentive. The food was absolutely delicious! Our steaks and veal chop were cooked to perfection. The appetizers and crabcake entree were outstanding. Since there are alot of hard surfaces it is a bit noisey. Wish the seating was a bit more comfortable. All in all it is a fantastic restaurant!

    Filomena does not disappoint! Always perfectly cooked pasta, chicken and seafood. The place is already decorated for Christmas which makes it quite an experience with a polar bear dressed in his best and Santa not to mention all the streamers and stuff hanging from the ceiling. No place like it. Only downside is they fill the place up and it gets tight and warm down in that basement. A must for any trip to DC and Georgetown!

    Wow, as advertised, great host, server, manager!!!! The food we ordered was all superb!!! Crab cake to start, wife ordered the meatloaf, I had the short rib stroganoff. We had reservations and thankful we thought ahead, the 1330 lunch rush was visible on the weekend. I ordered a bloody mary, only portion of the meal which I thought lacked attention. Manager passed by the table and was very nice!!! Thank you for the Carrot cake, it was phenomenal. Highly would recommend and glad we came!!!
