- JJenniferDetroit / Eastern Michigan •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoI had the best night ever. I went to dinner to celebrate my 42nd Birthday (11/24). Our service was amazing. The food was AMAZING 20 out of 10. The drinks were amazing. My favorite drink is the “Woodward”. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend. We also ordered the Smoked Old Fashion, La Vita Sangria and the Viola Lemonade. Every single drink taste good and was strong( Not to strong but will get you there). Whoever the bartender is, they did their big one. I ordered the Chicken Piccata. This food was so good. It was hot, fresh and it had amazing flavor. My friends and I did meet the own of the resturant. He was so sweet and so down to earth and amazing. He took all our pictures. He showed us where the best places were in the restaurant to take photos. He also gave us complimentary “Birthday Shots”. This is one of the best dining experiences I have had in a restaurant in the city in a very long time. I am already making plan to dine again soon. Also, the staff let us know that the holiday drink menu will be released soon. There are a few drinks I must try on that menu as well. . Please make sure you try this restaurant asap.More infoLa Dolce Vita - DetroitPrice: Expensive• Italian• Detroit•4.2

- RRichardSan Antonio •25 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe food and service at Oak and Reel is excellent. They had plenty of options for us. We have some allergy challenges, so it was refreshing that the waiter had so much information regarding the ingredients. My wife had an Orata dish and I had pasta with calamari, lobster, and mussels. It was all delicious.More infoOak & ReelPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Detroit•4.8
- NNicoleDetroit / Eastern Michigan •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoI cannot say enough good things about this dining experience. I have been a few times and every single time has been just truly incredible. From the second you walk in to the second you leave the door, every moment is perfect. The attention to detail is truly amazing. Every morsel of food I have had from this restaurant has been absolutely delectable. As someone who eats primarily vegan it is such a delight to have truly gourmet food with very interesting tastes and textures that is vegan. When you leave your seat, your napkin is picked up and folded next to your plate when you return. When you return to your seat, your seat is often pulled out for you. Every single person is so kind and welcoming and helpful. Just to reiterate, the food is absolutely some of the best I have ever had.More infoFreyaPrice: Very Expensive• American• Detroit•4.7
