Laboratorio Kitchen offers guests a modern atmosphere paired with seasonal food and tender service. We are a BYOB restaurant. Chef/Owner James DeSisto has a seasonal a la carte menu featuring fresh seafood, pasta, steaks, and appetizers. In addition there is a chef’s special menu featuring local and seasonal food from all over NJ, PA, and NY please keep in mind this menu changes weekly. Chef DeSisto also has gluten free and vegan options for guests as well. Our outdoor patio is weather permitting, if we cannot accommodate outside due to weather we will move you inside depending on availability. At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Our dough is gently mixed using a 28 year old “lieveto madre” (natural yeast culture) then with intense heat is baked in our wood burning il forno. At Bivio all of our dishes are made with the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

    The service was absolutely perfect. We were given enough time to have our wine and look at the menu and discuss our options. The timing of the appetizer to the main to the dessert was seamless. We really enjoy not having to feel rushed through our meals and actually have a moment to enjoy every bit of our mezze options before the entree. 10/10 will be back and recommending to others!

    Wonderful 'Open Wrap' Sushi and other food. Easy to understand menu. Server was very engaging and answered questions we had. Non Alcoholic drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. Definitely will back!!

    We went for an early dinner 4pm reservation on Valentines Day. My wife and I had the Spellbinder drink, the hibiscus was aromatic and it was one of the best and strongest margarita I’ve had in a while. We also tried their Colossal Crab Cocktail from the raw bar. Then we had the Collosal Crab Cake from the starters. And for the main course we had the Lobster Spaghetti (a whole Maine lobster) and the Scallops. The experience was lovely and the food was delicious! I can’t wait to come back and try other dishes.

    I love this restaurant. Just had another wonderful meal here. Very reasonable prices for high quality delicious food—every time. I’ve never had a bad meal here. The scallops I had last night were the best I’ve ever eaten. Service and meal presentation are spot on. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to this fav restaurant.
