We were seated at our reservation time. Since it was Valentine’s day We were surprised to see a full menu. They had a fantastic girl doing nothing but checking on helping and getting the tables ready for the next party . Food is always great at Mitch’s . We both had the Lake Superior White fish. Best i ever had . Not overloaded with almond flavor or other sauces. Lot of Great restaurants in the Desert, in town for a few days definitely try Mitch’s and they have the best Sushi of any i have tried .

Si Bon was hopping on Valentine’s Day but the service was great and food as well. Rack of lamb was perfectly prepared as we ordered. We sat outdoor under the big enclosed tent but no chill for us as we had heaters all around us and was the perfect temperature. A great time!

Loved the restaurant, the food and the service. Prices, especially given the fact it was Valentine's Day, were very reasonable. They kept to the original menu with a few added specials which was refreshing. Most places go to a restricted menu with elevated prices. My only negative comment concern how they do or don't inform diners of certain prices. Server asks if you'd like bread & butter. Your response is "Sure" because it's complimentary but not here. It's a $5.00 up charge. Reasonable, yes, but totally unexpected. All menu items are reasonable priced and well prepared. They have a nice wine list, heavy on French wines (figures) but at very competitive prices. All in all I'd say this is a dining delight that we'll come back to again and again all the while remembering there's no free breand and butter.

The service was outstanding. Our hostess and wait staff made our Anniversary and my birthday a very special evening. I had the lobster and it was delicious. It’s my favorite food. That’s why we picked Eddies out from Open Table. The added champagne, little hearts, deserts with beautifully written tribulations and fire dipped flare was spectacular! Eddie V’s classy and lovely ambiance and delightful staff made our night wonderful and memorable.

Our favorite dining experience in Rancho Mirage/ Palm Desert area - always - with great friends. Ambience is always warm and welcome, service is thoughtful, timely and impeccable, the food is beautifully presented and even better and the most delicious to devour. Desserts - in particular - we love your soufflés! Also nice is the music and the saxophone player. Topped off by getting to meet third-generation owner, Madeleine. What a super star who has kept Wally’s excellent dining experience going. We very much enjoyed Madeleine taking the time to come introduce herself and spend time with us — sharing even more family history. Thank you! The Bucks
