Outstanding service outstanding food just an overall great experience

The service was great. It came quickly and everything was hot and delicious. Our server Robert checked back several times to see if we needed anything else. The drinks were great too. Will be going back with my family again next week.

We visit Zarletti Mequon every 6 weeks or so, and the food is always terrific. The shrimp scampi and pasta dishes rock, as does the chopped salad. Our only challenge revolves around timing. Often times (last three visits), our drinks don't come out slow... after the salad has been served. Likewise, glasses of wine (even when ordered right when initial drinks are served) don't arrive until well after the entree is served. To me management might be well advised to adopt a policy of "it's on time, or it's on us."

We highly recommend the Friday fish fry. Generous portions and delicious. More important was the service. Karen and Lawrence, the only two serving most all the customers, were fantastic. They engaged the customers with their smiles, great attitudes and made everyone feel like we were one big family. It was one of the most relaxing, happiest, and friendly dining experiences we've had in a long time. Thanks Karen and Lawrence....we'll be back soon!
