I flew in from Arcata for dinner reservations for Valentine with the Mrs. We are staying at the Westin next door. Easy walk to WG. The hostess was amazing, we were seated within 5 min of our rezo and near the Jazz musician. Our waiter was Brandon, amazing experience! We had spent Valentines 2024 WG at oyster bar. This evening rather than order off the menu we wanted to try the 4 course. I don’t have a lot of experience in fine dining and 4 courses with wine pairing. Brandon was very helpful with sharing how the menu would be served this evening. The Mrs she’s used to fine dining but for an island boy from Samoa it was a new experience for me. Amazing experience and for those who may have not experienced fine dining 4 course with wine pairing just ask the your wait person for help. I’m never afraid to ask if I do not know. The fork thing, the many utensils, the different glasses, etc 😂 Definitely will plan a dinner outing for the entire family, 12 total, this summer when I’m back in town. What a great Valentine’s Day theme! We double dated and it was our first time going there so we had a lot of fun. The music was great, loud but not too loud where we couldn’t have a conversation. They filled up the place with many red floating balloons and looked so festive. The special Valentine’s menu was top notch with great selections no matter what diet you’re on. Service was always attentive even as crowded as they were. Great memories were made and we can’t wait to go back!

Amazing dinner! Food and wine was great! Ashley and Will took care of our table. Ashley's recommendation on the Pinot Noir was definitely on point. Music was perfect. complaint was the Mac N Cheese with the added bacon filet was too a bit more saltier than I remember from times in the past. Still, one of the best "hodden" dishes!

A Spectacular Dining Experience I recently revisited AnQi Bistro, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Two years ago, I wasn't impressed, but this time, everything was on point. We started with the Caesar salad, which was surprisingly delectable. The crispy jam lettuce and the warm crisps added a delightful texture. Then came the King salmon, paired with a side of vegetables. While the vegetables were mediocre, the salmon itself was well-prepared. The absolute standout was the Brussels sprouts and cauliflower--one of the most delicious dishes I've ever had, with a generous portion size. The garlic noodles, though a smaller portion, were perfectly balanced, especially since we were saving room for dessert. We also added chicken thigh skewers, and despite typically not being a fan of dark meat, I found them fresh, flavorful, and surprisingly enjoyable. For dessert, we ended the night with the tableside ice cream experience, which was mind-blowing! Watching them make the ice cream right in front of us added to the excitement. It was served with a warm cookie, crisp peanut brittle, custard, and jam--pure perfection. Our server, Thuy, was fantastic, pacing our meal perfectly and giving us a much-needed break before dessert since we devoured everything so quickly. Pictures don't do justice because the it's a dark restaurant with a cool Vegas vibe. This was a completely different experience from my visit two years ago. I highly recommend AnQi Bistro, and I'll definitely be back. Posting some pictures and videos to share the magic!
