- MMichaelvipHouston •7 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoOne of the best Brazilian churrasco style steakhouses in San Diego and the country! The service is impeccable and the meats are always amazing as is the salad bar. My favorites are the picanha, garlic picanha, ribeye, and the Brazilian garlic bread which you must try. The best touch is that their after dinner mints are Andes Creme de Menthe thins. Very classy!More infoGalpao Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse - San DiegoPrice: Very Expensive• Brazilian Steakhouse• Downtown•4.7
- NNataliavipSan Diego •21 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWhat can I say? This is easily one of the best happy hour spots in San Diego! The ambiance is stunning, the service is outstanding, and the food is absolutely incredible. We had yet another fantastic experience here, this time for an early dinner to celebrate my kid’s birthday. The oysters were incredibly fresh, the Japanese sweet potatoes are a must-try, the fish and chips were amazing—so fresh and moist—and the clam chowder was perfection. The smoked trout dip wasn’t my favorite this time, but it was still a solid appetizer. Our server, Mike, was exceptional—attentive, polite, and spot-on with his food recommendations. We’ll definitely be back, and if you’ve never been to this place, make a reservation now. You can thank me later!More infoIronside Fish & OysterPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Little Italy•4.4
- BBenyaminSan Diego •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoAbsolutely loved the experience, my girlfriend had told me about the restaurant. She loves the early 90s so the vibes of the restaurant was amazing for her, I loved the decor as well as the general ambiance. The vodka pasta was so good, I got the 40oz porterhouse. The outside was grilled perfectly as well as the medium on the inside. The drinks were so good from the Cabernet my girlfriend had to the Gin & Tonic I had were both wonderfully made. 10/10, will absolutely be suggesting this place to every couple we know as THE date night spot in San Diego.More infoSenecaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Downtown•4.7

- TSTerrySOrange County •7 reviews4.0Dined on Jul 11, 2024New York West is very convenient if you are staying at Embassy Suites. It has a great bar and televisions, but also kid-friendly. It's mostly a burger and pizza kind of place with a few salads. I got the Caeser salad with salmon and they were served separately...that was different.... Great bar-food restaurant when you are close and have the kids with you!More infoNew York WestPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Downtown•3.6
