The building of speisemeisterei is a cultural monument since 1928 and was renovated with love to the historical design from the federal state Baden Württemberg. Since then our restaurant offers different options for individual events for up to 99 people. Stefan Gschwendtner is manages the kitchen since 2016. Since 2022 it´s awarded with 2 michelin-stars. The speisemeisterei offers a mulit-course menu from 6:30pm in his rooms and on the terrace in the summer. With proordering a vegetarian menu is available as well. This restaurant has become our Christmas Eve event. The food is always good and we enjoy the look of the place. It doesn’t feel like they are trying to service 750 people in a 400 person restaurant. It is elegant. The staff is always very busy. We enjoy the place and we always look forward to getting a great table when we make a reservation. The food can be a little expensive for their top dishes, but there are several cheaper options on the menu. I have only drank the Dinklacher Private and it always tastes fresh.
