Capriccio’s in Providence, Rhode Island, continues to impress with its consistently outstanding dining experience. During my recent visit, I was captivated by the incredible food, which artfully blends authentic Italian flavors with innovative twists. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who made us feel welcomed and valued. The ambience of the restaurant adds to its charm, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that enhances every meal. Having dined here on numerous occasions, I can confidently say that Capriccio’s has never let me down, making it a go-to spot for anyone seeking a memorable culinary experience.

The George is a bit indescribable: a little bit throw back a little bit bistro a little bit traditional like when your parents took you to a special place. Food is very good, menu extensive, service great and prices reasonable. Only one thing could be added; maybe a vegetarian/vegan entree or two. I always have a couple of fish dishes to chose from but a great veggie lasagna or grain legume veggie entree would be most welcome Overall a great place

Lovely breakfast with friends, just the view of watching the snow fall over the Seekonk River was picture perfect. Our server John was terrific, we started with iced maple cappuccinos that were buzz worthy, our breakfast meals were delicious, and we then shared the pancake special as our dessert, super yum. The manager Jess is a sweetheart, she always makes you feel welcome & appreciated. Plenty of free parking, best restaurant location in Providence without the hassle of downtown. Added bonus is collecting Fare Rewards points because it’s part of the Newport Restaurant Group. Can’t wait to return. Thank you.

Massimo is one of our favorite places to eat in Federal Hill. The lunch special is delicious, has a good variety of choices, and a very economical choice for a lot of food. Food is hot and tasty. Their focaccia bread is SO good. My son and I go there whenever we have a special occasion to celebrate. Servers and other wait staff are always attentive, pleasant, and knowledgeable.

Christmas Eve dinner. Festive, lively atmosphere without being too loud for easy conversation. Service was excellent, beginning with the accommodation of a late addition guest. Staff was there for every need and question yet never made us feel rushed—even though our meal went past closing. I expected great food and was not disappointed. Oysters were particularly good and French-pressed coffee always adds a great finishing touch. My teenagers had a great time and have a new appreciation for real food. Highly recommend.
