Heirloom is a full-service restaurant that is located in the historic Athenaeum Hotel on the grounds of Chautauqua Institution. From June 22nd - August 24th we offer breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. On Sundays we have a wonderful brunch buffet and offer a buffet dinner only. Starting May 1st a lounge menu is available 11am - 9pm daily. Reservations are not required for prior to June 22nd.

The Carte Blanche Team is passionate about combining fresh ingredients to create a local cuisine for the Hamburg NY area. We are dedicated to creating an atmosphere that is both friendly and inviting for our local residents and visitors.During this time we must follow all CDC guidelines regarding masks. Guests must arrive promptly for their reservation wearing a mask. When moving throughout our space we require you to be wearing face covering correctly.     We LOVE Stella’s the food is always delicious the atmosphere is cozy with a great vibe! I wish that the space was large so that they could accommodate walkins they fill to the max on Friday and Saturday so if your going make a reservation!

    I thoroughly enjoyed my two visits to Afterwords. The walk from the hotel was short and beautiful. The atmosphere was classy yet casual, with high ceilings and comfortable seating. There's a sommelier on staff, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a type of wine I like on the menu that you can't find just anywhere. The charcuterie offering made a nice dinner, including the arugula with tasty balsamic blaze that came with it. My server, Bear, was great. Wish this group would set up shop in Asheville where I live!
