Our Farm-to-Table Restaurant offers fresh food focused on local sourcing and home-made recipees. Our beef is raised in Holgate, OH and processed locally. The cheese on our boards is made from local, whole milk in Hicksville, OH. We use 100% California olive oil in our oil based dressings - it is not cut with canola/soy/vegetable oils. Our flatbreads come in at less than 30 carbs each. We are known for our cocktails, particularly our Old Fashioneds and our Seasonal Speicialty Drinks. Our building was constructed in 1871, was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2019 and completely renovated to expose it's historic lines and features in 2021. We are within Defiance's DORA District and directly across from Triangle Park in Defiance's historic downtown. Step back in time, window shop the downtown and then come and dine.     I would like thank you for the wonderful stay. I am , for the first time, going to make a recommendation. My wife and I had a 6:30 reservation , we we arrived at the bar for a cocktail just before 6 O'clock. I waited about 25 min in a line of just 2 people, the bartender completely ignored me several times as I and another customer waited patiently. after 25 minutes it became embarrassing. So I just left with no drinks. This is the second time this has happened at your bar. All other services were extraordinary and perfect. Thanks for listening. See ya next time.     There were so many options on the menu it was difficult to decide which to choose!! Everyone was very pleased with their meal! We were all sharing food so others could experience the wide variety of options. If you're looking for a festive night out this holiday season, this is the place to go! The decorations were beautiful! A great time was had by all!
