The food itself as resplendent: from the amusement bouche through each course, the flavours were creative and absolutely delicious. We ordered the wine accompaniment as well as the non-alcoholic accompaniment; both were spectacular, though the wine accompaniment was particularly wonderful. We had a delightful rapport with the sommelier who was personable and deeply skilled. She further elevated the experience. Overall: well worthy of a star if not two.
