Food was nice. Fish & chips was lovely & plentiful, steak was nice too, just a little tasteless without a sauce. Service was excellent

Edinburghs The ivy:19/12/24 The waitress and the waiter were really nice the food sounds good and some... Interesting. Its kind of noisy. The drinks: The drinks were really nice my mother says it's really nice she also says it is fruity and goes down easily. The looks: It looks really nice there's candle's in the middle of each table the view has to much construction though there's lamps in the middle of each window to the paintings in the back are... Kind of nice actually there's a leaf in a corner of the room which I like The starter: The smoke salmon was amazing and wonderful especially with the lemon best smoke smalon ever. The foods time to come. Its taken a long time. The main course: The fish was exquisite one of a kind and the chips were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING WAY BETTER THAN THE SMOKE SALMON WHICH I THOUGHT WAS THE BEST the mushy peas were... Weird and the ribeye steak was good but burgers are still better. The dessert: Since it was my sister's birthday I got a FREE dessert and it's part of a birthday cake AND trust me IT'S TO DIE FOR!!! The bill: The bill is way less than I thought just 231!?!? THAT'S A BARGAIN ESPECIALLY FOR HOW MUCH WE GOT! The rating: The final rating is... 4.5 stars🌟⭐🌟⭐ Review by Ollie Smith

From walking into the restaurant. We were welcome. Staff friendly and fun. They were happy to serve us. Food very good. Nice choice on the menu. Cocktail were yummy. 😋 Nice atmosphere, clean restaurant. Good value for money. Will definitely be going back. We stay at the Travelodge a few times in the year.

AFood snd service were fab! It’s a shame there were only 4 of us in the restaurant

staff on the ball , no pressure on ordering , food came in reasonable time and was very good .
