Very cute German restaurant. A little pricey but the food is tasty.

I sat outside, nice summer evening. Glass of Riesling which was good. Should have ordered something different on the menu, but had the beef stew which was a bit thin, but tasted fine. Overall fine, will remember it if I am in leipzig again.

Great German meal and excellent service from our waiter, whose English speaking skills were very helpful and appreciated. Pork knuckle was cooked perfectly as was the schnitzel with a cranberry and cheese topping. Perfect with Paulaner beer! Our best meal in Leipzig.

This was a real highlight in Leipzig for us. We ordered from the tapas style menus and found each course inventive, tasty and very nicely presented. If you are looking for traditional food in traditional style this may not be the place for you. However, if you like inventive flavors based on traditional Saxon ingredients in a contemporary environment, you could not find a better place to eat in Leipzig. It’s also quite affordable.

Very fast service, lovely food and a pleasant atmosphere.
