Restaurants near AVL Airport

Excellent brunch with a wide range of options. Everything was delicious, especially the biscuits and grits. Our server was very friendly and checked with us frequently. Will definitely go back.

Our choices for Asian cuisine in WNC are very limited. Fortunately, P.F. Changs is only 25 minutes away, with an interesting menu that (tonight) was fresh and delicious. Crab Wonton is our go-to appetizer, but we also enjoyed the BBQ spare ribs. Kung Pao chicken and pepper steak were our entrees. They also had a delicious and smoky Asian Old Fashioned cocktail, which we recommend.

My wife and I had a dinner reservation for Mother's Day at folklore. We were going to do brunch at another establishment, but when we showed up for our phone ahead noon brunch, they said it would be another 90 minutes. While we were talking it over, a family was exiting saying "that was the worst three hours I've ever spent" We drove over to Biltmore Park and checked with the hostess to see if we could move our dinner up to a late lunch. She smiled and said sit right down and happy Mother's Day. From the service to the food to the great attitude, everyone had they rescued my wife's Mother's Day dining experience While everything was great, the strawberry French toast was out of this world.

Service and staff were outstanding very friendly and congenial. Sitting outside was so refreshing with a great view, unfortunately it was cloudy day and the Mts. were partially obstructed. I am not really a fan of Indian food, however there was plenty of options to choose from on the buffet.

They don't honor your reservation if there are people already there ahead of you who didn't make a reservation, so beware. We were told they can't turn people away just bc a table is reserved. We arrived 15 minutes prior to the reservation. We were eventually seated after the 4 parties that were ahead of us. Food was good, but beware if you make a reservation, it is only honored if they happen to have a table available.
