Essence is a casual restaurant that serves French cuisine using seasonal ingredients. Chef Shiro Naito opened the restaurant in 2010 to provide dishes that celebrate the essence of each season.     This experience was amazing. The chefs, servers, and all staff were very welcoming and friendly. We ordered the Fuku course and might I say each plate was delicious! This place is a MUST TRY and is close to scramble crossing and many other attractions. 11/10 would recommend and would visit again next time I’m in Tokyo.

    We had a fantastic time at T Nakameguro. They prepare the signature beef in many ways so you can experience the depth and complexity of flavor ranging from a tartare, to a juicy lobster tail pairing, to the main course of a good portion of grilled sirloin and tenderloin from the T-Bone cut. Was a total of 9 courses when we went, friendly staff and a fun layout all sitting at a bar surrounding the kitchen so you can see all the preparation and interact with staff and other guests as you like.
