The waiter could have been a lot nicer. He really affected the overall experience. The whole appeal of going to your restaurant is because it is so pretty and girly and has nice photo opps. I simply asked him to take one photo of our group at the table and he said a downright curt NO. It is not like we all stood up and asked him to take photos of us in front of the backdrops. It was right at the table and would have taken him 10 seconds. When I appeared shocked as his response, he said he was too busy to take our photo but the restaurant was pretty empty. There were so many empty tables and there was another waiter who I saw taking pictures of other people at the table. I am sorry , but I think that now a days, especially in an "instagram and tiktok" restaurant like yours, it is part of the waiter's service. He finally came over at the very end and said he had time for us but it was a little too late after he brought the vibe down. It is all about the delivery. I really do appreciate that service jobs can be really difficult but it is what we are paying for. I totally understand that being a server can be very overwhelming sometimes but in this case but in this case the restaurant was not busy and it is all in the delivery. If he would have said no in a nicer way we would have understood. Other than that the experience was very good. Like the sucker that I am I still added an extra tip to the already included tip.

Absolutely one of my favorite restaurants in all of Nashville! Staff always treats you like a VIP (even though I, sadly, don’t make it there for dinner as often as I’d like!). Each dish has a perfect balance of flavors and all items come out in a well-paced timing. I have zero suggestions for improvement and try to introduce friends to this spot as often as I can. My recommendation is to take a group and share family-style so you can taste more! Loads of gluten-free or vegetarian options (even the fried chicken is GF- but do book earlier in the evening if you think you’ll want a chicken; they sell out). Try the Makku rice beer (also GF). The fries are a must (don’t miss the horseradish dip!). It may have been seasonal, but if they ever offer the dessert “soup” again- do NOT pass it up! (They had it in March but didn’t have it when I dined last night in May).

The Henry is a wonderful place to enjoy family and friends. The food was delicious and our service was amazing.

Food was terrific, as were the drinks. A bit loud that early in the night but everyone was having a good time and the vibe was cool.
