He prepares the cuisine of his beloved hometown Salerno, Italy. The venue was beautifully decorated for the holidays and everything felt so festive. Excellent service and kind and attentive staff. The food could have been better salted but I understand that restaurants have to consider all dietary restrictions and salt can always be added but never subtracted. Loved the holiday vodka cocktail!
